Topic for each 8-hr session is consistent with the recommended Curriculum- Based Training of the L.A. Probation Department.

(The Art of Interviewing)

October 7th Multicultural & Multiethnic Diversity and Domestic Violence

October 14^th Facilitator Concerns & Ethical Issues: Substance Abuse and DV

October 21st Group Dynamics & Group Content Areas

October 28th Basic Domestic Violence Knowledge & Shelter Based Training

*Begin/End time for all modules: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Anyone arriving 15 minutes late will not receive credit for that day’s session.

Networking & Continental Breakfast 8:00 - 8:30am each day: Lunch on your own.

Sessions missed can be made up at a later date with a $25 administration fee.
