C.A.B.I.P.

In April 1997, the California Association of Batterers' Intervention Programs, also known as C.A.B.I.P., was formed collectively by individual program providers representing all regions of the State of California. The impetus to form C.A.B.I.P. was to find more effective alternatives to impact domestic violence for legal and programmatic problems facing batters' intervention program providers.
